We are often asked by customers about battery life and poor
power retention in them. Unfortunatly this is not a problem
which can be fixed, the battery can only be replaced with a
brand new one. To help combat this, always:
- charge
the laptop to 100% then remove the power connection
- never
leave the connection in after 100%
- do
not 're-charge' the laptop if the power level is more than
10%
- always
charge the laptop to 100%, never 'half-charge'
- on
intial charging, always follow the manfacturers instructions
